Christine Bilé is a Pittsfield, MA-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist known for her acoustic pop-folk sound, soulful R&B roots, and expressive vocals. Her music empowers and uplifts listeners, blending heartfelt lyrics with captivating melodies. She often writes songs about love, empowerment, and life as a whole, delivering performances that are dynamic, emotional, and unforgettable—guaranteed to make you smile, laugh, groove, and maybe even shed a tear.

 

Christine was recently featured at The Ladybug Music Festival in Wilmington, DE, the Sugarhill Folk Festival in Dalton, MA, the Celebration of Black Voices Festival in Pittsfield, MA, the Berkshire Pride Festival in Pittsfield, MA, the Lee Pride Festival in Lee, MA, and the 21 Songwriters Western New England Festival in Holyoke, MA. She also performed at Common Folk Festival (2024) in Pittsfield, MA and was a 2025 singer-songwriter showcase finalist at Solarfest, performing on the main stage in Brandon, VT. She is a recipient of the 2025 Creative Individuals Grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, supporting artists advancing creative expression across the state.

Her musical journey began with local recognition in Pittsfield, MA, winning the Pittsfield Youth Commission Talent Show in 2010, the Berkshire Idol competition in 2012, and the Pittsfield High School Talent Show in 2015. She has performed at celebrated venues including Shakespeare & Company Pre-Show Concert Series and Rockwood Music Hall (2023) in NYC, as well as Berkshire Busk (2024).

Beyond performing, Christine has showcased her versatility in theater and songwriting, starring as the lead in Orpheus in the Berkshires, a Community Works Production by the Williamstown Theatre Festival, and composing music for their productions, including Taiga in the Berkshires and Summer Soldier.

Her influences span an eclectic range of artists, including Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, John Mayer, Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, Paramore, and Chloe x Halle, inspiring her to create music that is as empowering as it is heartfelt.
